2. About INKRU Products

INKRU creates handmade titanium jewellery produced on Tenerife, Canary Islands, Spain.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our work, each piece may contain slight variations in texture, shape, anodized colour tones, and finishing details. These differences are natural characteristics of handmade jewellery and are not considered defects.

Anodized titanium colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting conditions, screen settings, and viewing angles.

3. Eligibility

By placing an order through this website, you confirm that:

• you are at least 18 years old;

• you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts;

• the information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.

4. Prices and Taxes

All prices displayed on the website are final prices.

For deliveries within the European Union and the United Kingdom:

• all applicable taxes are included;

• no additional import duties or customs charges are payable by the customer upon delivery.

Shipping costs, if applicable, are clearly displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped from Tenerife, Canary Islands, Spain using DHL.

Most items are either ready to ship or prepared within 1 business day after purchase.

Estimated delivery times:

• European Union: approximately 2–3 business days after dispatch;

• United Kingdom: approximately 2–3 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates only and may occasionally vary due to carrier delays, customs procedures, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

INKRU is not responsible for delays caused by DHL or events outside our reasonable control.

6. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not constitute final acceptance of the order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases including, but not limited to:

• suspected fraud;

• pricing or technical errors;

• product unavailability.

Customers may cancel an order before shipment by contacting us at contact@inkru.store.

Once an order has been shipped, the return policy applies.

7. Returns and Refunds

Customers located within the European Union and the United Kingdom have the right to return products within 14 days of receiving the order.

To initiate a return, customers must contact:

Returned items must:

• be unworn and unused;

• be returned in original packaging where possible;

• be in resellable condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

At present, INKRU contributes approximately 50% of return shipping costs as a goodwill gesture due to increased international logistics costs. This contribution is voluntary and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

Refunds are processed after inspection and approval of the returned item.

Shipping costs originally paid by the customer are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Custom-made, personalized, altered, or specially commissioned items may not be eligible for return.

8. Warranty and Product Care

INKRU products are covered by the minimum legal warranty required under applicable consumer protection laws.

The warranty does not cover:

• normal wear and aging;

• scratches or surface marks resulting from use;

• accidental damage;

• improper storage or handling;

• unauthorized repairs or modifications;

• natural variations in anodized colouring over time.

Titanium is highly durable, but all jewellery should be handled with care to preserve its finish and appearance.

All website content, including photographs, branding, logos, product designs, texts, graphics, and visual materials, is the property of INKRU or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

• delays caused by shipping carriers;

• interruptions or technical issues affecting the website;

• colour differences resulting from screen displays or photography.
